Effective 01.01.2023, we have handed over the reins to Mr. Michael Endemann, Managing Director of SIC Marking GmbH, and are pleased to announce the merger with the successful global company SIC Marking Group.
SIC Marking Group, headquartered near Lyon/France, has made a name for itself worldwide when it comes to product marking and data-based product identification and traceability. The focus is on high-quality marking system products, which can be ordered as standard systems or customized. Around 450 employees work in the entire group.
Nill + Ritz, founded in 1993 and headquartered in Markgröningen near Stuttgart, not only develops laser markers and other marking system technologies in its own workshop; software developed in-house and the effortless integration of marking technology enable automated production and thus bring our customers closer to the optimal manufacturing process.

We wanted to improve our offering and level of service in the German market to better serve our existing customers and support our future growth. To achieve this, we need to be able to provide German customers with a locally manufactured marking system. This includes most German automotive manufacturers and their suppliers such as Audi, BMW, Daimler, Porsche, Bosch, Fendt and MAN.
